Returns & Damages Policy
We want you to love your order. Because our items are made with care and attention to detail, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once we review and verify the damage, you will be offered your choice of:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item (at no additional cost)
Please note:
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care
- Shipping carrier delays or handling issues may require additional documentation
